Building Energy Rating (BER) Certificate

The BER Certificate provides an indication of the nergy efficiency of the property. 'A' rated properties are the most efficient and will cost less money to run. The certificate also contains and carbon emissions indicator.

House Energy Rater carry out these assessments, provide you with an advisory report, and issue you with the BER Certificate. We also register your property details with Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI).
